Registration

Registration and weigh-in will be at 10:30. Competition starts at 11:00 PROMPT.

Rules and Conditions

All participating fighters MUST have a valid licence and insurance. They MUST also wear club uniform and have the following equipment;

· 10oz gloves

· Sparring boots

· Shin pads

· Mouth guards

· Groin guards (for male fighters)

Head guards will be provided on the day.

NO INSURANCE. NO COMPETITION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Legal Targets

When competing, the judges will mark the following areas;

· Punch to the head/body

· Kick to the head/body (including jumping kicks)

· Sweeps (to the back of the ankle)

No shots will be counted if they are below the waist or to the back of the head/body
